I’m developing “Varthur Sport & Leisure Arena,” a two-acre multi-sport hub, and I need a complete visualization package that blends master-planning, detailed modeling, and a polished 1–2 minute film. The animation must flow realistically from a drone-style reveal down to ground-level paths, then shift smoothly into cool, modern night scenes. Main activity zones and social spaces are the stars of the show, so every shot should pull viewers toward karting turns, cricket nets, the raised café, the bonfire lounge, and other gathering spots. Scope • 2D master-plan layout that communicates circulation, zoning, and sight-lines. • Full 3D build of all structures, landscape, lighting hardware, and context. • Walkthrough animation with these cinematic beats: – High-altitude fly-in establishing scale and setting – Immersive ground pass through kart loop, café balcony, cricket nets, shooting range – Night switch-over featuring LED pathways, fire-pit glow, and activity after dark – Subtle motion of visitors (karting laps, cricket practice, café patrons) Design cues to honour Semi-covered kart circuit looping the central spine, glass-railed café perched above, 14 000 ft² indoor cricket hall with lofty ceiling, 25 m enclosed shooting range, ambient LED strips guiding footpaths, stone-ringed bonfire nook, and greenery-wrapped seating alcoves. Look & feel • Transition style: Realistic, with physically accurate lighting and material response. • Highlight focus: Main activity zones and social spaces over utilitarian back-of-house. • Lighting mood: Cool and modern; think neutral daylight, then subtle blue-tinted LEDs at night. Deliverable package 1. High-resolution master plan (PDF & layered source file) 2. Native 3D scene files (3ds Max/Blender/etc.) plus exported FBX/OBJ 3. Final 1–2 min animation in 4K H.264 and a lightweight 1080p web version 4. Five hero stills (day & night) suitable for print Acceptance I’ll consider the job complete when the animation plays smoothly without flicker or noise, materials read correctly in both lighting scenarios, and all key spaces are clearly identifiable on first viewing.
