Architectural Layout & MEP Drafting Update We are seeking an experienced architectural drafter or designer to update an existing set of construction documents for a commercial retail space. The project involves modifying a previous PostNet/Retail layout to accommodate a new C-Store (convenience store) floor plan and updating all associated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to reflect the new requirements. **Scope of Work:** 1. **Layout Modification:** Revise existing floor plans to fit a new convenience store configuration. 2. **C-Store Integration:** Incorporate specific equipment layouts, shelving, and service areas typical of a C-Store environment. 3. **MEP Updates:** Update MEP drawings to match the new layout. All work must comply with local building codes, specifically the City of Indianapolis. 4. **Drafting:** Produce a complete, permit-ready set of drawings based on the provided reference material and your professional adjustments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in commercial architectural drafting. * Strong knowledge of building codes, specifically related to retail and commercial spaces. * Must be able to detail MEP requirements clearly for sub-contractors. **Submission Guidelines:** Please submit your portfolio of similar commercial projects, your estimated turnaround time, and your hourly rate or fixed-project fee. --- *Reference files will be provided upon hiring.*
