Our healthcare facility is about to re-envision its public zones and I want every design decision to be backed by solid research that demonstrably improves health outcomes, safety, and overall visitor wellbeing. The brief centres exclusively on public areas—everything a patient, relative, or community member sees before crossing into clinical spaces—so flow, ambience, and stress reduction are critical. I expect architecture, interiors, and service design to work as a single, integrated system: materials that calm without compromising infection control, way-finding that is intuitive for all mobility levels, and spatial layouts that keep traffic smooth while maintaining privacy and dignity. To keep the project focused and measurable, please provide: • Evidence-based concept package (mood boards, precedent studies, rationale linking design moves to peer-reviewed research) • Two rounds of schematic floor plans and circulation diagrams optimised for accessibility compliance • Rendered visualisations or sketches that convey lighting, colour palette, and key material choices • A concise accessibility strategy outlining how the design meets or exceeds current ADA or local standards • Final specification sheet covering finishes, fixtures, and any recommended furniture or signage All deliverables must be supplied in editable formats (DWG/Revit for plans, PDF/AI for presentations, JPG/PNG for renderings) so my internal team can integrate them with existing documentation.
