i had convert an alternator car generator into sensorless BLDC motor .
i would like to control this type of motor using suitable driver system with Arduino. The system must have the following point :
1-Code of the Arduino with the perfect control algorithm using the feedback of BEMF from each phase as a sensor to determine the next phase movement precisely
2- Simulation using Protuse with a variable resistance (potentiometer) to control the speed of the motor from zero to maximum speed .
4- PCB Schematics + Gerber Files .
A-the BLDC motor is just a normal 12V,30A alternator car generator had been modified to work as sensorless BLDC motor . you can find many information regarding of the alternator to BLDC motor conversion in internet with more detail
B-the motor speed and torque should be controlled using variable resistor so that speed can start from zero to maximum .
C-as mention above this modify BLDC motor take 12 volt input from the driver and maximum stand current is 30A.
D-attach some helpful file , pictures and design examples as reference for candidate.
E- once we receive the gerber file we will make the real hard circuit in 2 working days for testing the project functionality.
