I need Arduino Expert.

The Tic T500 driver has several interfaces. I presume you are using STEP/DIR control - rather than, e.g., the TTL serial or I2C interface. Questions: - Can you share a schematic? - Have you examined the transitions on the STEP and DIR pins with an oscilloscope? - Are you using micro-stepping? If so, what resolution? Lastly ... Pololu provide custom software for configuring these drivers (via a micro USB connection). Have you completed that step and are you sure you have set the driver parameters correctly (step mode, current limit, etc.)? I don't have a T500 driver to test unfortunately - although I do have other stepper drivers (A4983-based IIRC). The T500 drivers are expensive - and if required for completing the scope of the project I would need to add additional milestones to cover the cost. I am based in Ireland.
