This project is to build a cheap system to assist athletes with pacing. I intend to use an LED strip around the track and the lights will show the athlete the pace. Like the light will run, like a wave. So it needs to be possible to adjust the speed. Let’s say the athlete needs to complete the lap in 90 seconds. So the light will go around the track (after triggered) at that speed and the athlete just needs to follow the lights.
