I already have a fully working prototype of a smart control system for my whirlpool, complete with firmware. It manages temperature regulation, drives the water-jets and handles the LED lighting. What I now need is a production-ready printed circuit board that brings all of this together cleanly and reliably. The core of the design is an MCU (currently an Arduino-class microcontroller) plus a handful of sensors. The firmware is stable, the pin-mapping is fixed, and the schematic is drawn—your task is to turn this into a compact, manufacturable PCB that I can send straight to fabrication. You will receive: • the current schematic in PDF and KiCad format • the pin-out and footprint of the chosen microcontroller • a list of the temperature and pressure sensors already tested with the code • mechanical constraints of the housing inside the whirlpool control box Please return: • finished PCB layout files (KiCad preferred, Gerber + drill files mandatory) • an up-to-date BOM with manufacturer part numbers • fabrication notes (layer count, board thickness, copper weight, any special considerations) The layout needs to respect safe mains/low-voltage separation, splash-proof connector positioning, and keep sensor signal paths clean for accurate readings. If you spot opportunities to improve reliability or reduce cost, I’m happy to hear suggestions as long as they stay compatible with the existing firmware. Once I can load the Gerbers into the fab tool without errors and the board fits the enclosure drawing, the job is done. I’m ready to start immediately and can answer technical questions quickly.

I understand you have a working prototype of the smart control system for your whirlpool. That's fantastic! I can help you create a production-ready PCB layout that integrates your MCU and sensors effectively. With your provided schematic in PDF and KiCad, I will ensure the layout meets all the mechanical constraints and maintains safe mains/low-voltage separation. I will deliver the finished KiCad layout files, Gerber files, and a detailed BOM with manufacturer part numbers. I’ll also provide fabrication notes covering important aspects like layer count and any special considerations. If I see any opportunities to enhance reliability or cut costs while remaining compatible with the firmware, I'll certainly share those insights. Here are a few questions I have for you: 1. Are there any specific spacing requirements for the connectors? 2. What thickness do you prefer for the PCB? 3. Are there any additional features you might want integrated in future revisions? 4. Do you have a preferred manufacturer for the PCB fabrication? Looking forward to working with you!
