Every car will be fitted with some microcontroller for example arduino which will receive signal from transmitter located at different area of cities( in project only one transmitter and receiver are needed which can transmit data wirelessly) about speed limit of particular area for example transmitter says speed limit of this area is 30mph so Arduino will compare that speed with current speed of car and if car is overspeeding then consequent sms will be sent to owner's mobile.
