Two Arduino sketches to be combined into one

I have two working Arduino sketches, both work and both have about 400 lines which includes many lines of comments.

Sketch 1 - This will operate stepper motor to rotate using an internal IP web page.

Sketch 2 - Operates a relay using Alexa command.

Combined - I would like Sketch 1 as it is but sketch 2 to Operate sketch 1 using Alexa. So as an example when I say

“Alexa blinds on” Alexa will think it is the relay but will in fact call a web link “http://LAN_IP_Address/go?angle=360&d=1&s=1”

“Alexa blinds off” Alexa will think it is the relay but will in fact call a web link “http://LAN_IP_Address/go?angle=360&d=2&s=1”

I also forgot to say this is working on a WEMOS D1 Mini board.

Using Pins D5, D6, D7, D8 control the stepper in sketch 1.

In sketch 2 it uses Pin D1 however I would like to swap this to use Pin D2.

I need also this relay to go HIGH after every command for 3 seconds then stay LOW until the next command.

any reason why you did not use Fauxmo library for the ESP8266 with Alexa ? It's pretty handy to work with Fauxmo you can combine your sketches well with no issue
