Scope of work: Creation of a lexicon with terms from the contact center. A glossary for call centers.
Step 1:
Create a document in Word. The file must have a table of contents and the chapters. A chapter should be created for each letter. The table of contents must automatically update itself when changes are made in the document.
Step 2:
Use the terms in the document from three sources. I can send you the websites. You take the terms from all three sources. No term may be included twice. At least 100 contributions should be accepted.
Step 3:
Remove hyperlinks (if any) from the texts. Rewrite all texts by at least 20% - so that the texts are not recognizable as plagiarism. In addition, the length of the contribution should be at least 500 characters for each term. Maximum length 1500 characters.
The result is therefore:
A glossary of contact center terms, at least 100 terms, each term with 500-1500 characters. The texts have to be changed slightly.
