investor fraud at Morgan Stanley

i am the Whistleblower featured in a Wall Street Journal article from May 24, 2008. From the article i was able to uncover a set of violations and deceit from regulators and Morgan Stanley which has amounted to millions of dollars moving back to investors but not nearly the full remedy which documents uncovered call for. as this has been a 16 year pursuit and i am now nearly 71, it's time to write this story as it has unfolded for my former colleagues and investors deserve. most people involved have a less than accurate understanding of the truths and it is rather spectacular. as the SEC has turned away from their oversight responsibility, let's write this non fiction story for all to read. i do have documents but i don't know how to upload files but can send through other means. i want a person with whom i can collaborate and complete this task correctly.
