Build me an AI based Whatsapp Chatbot

Job Description:

An AI based Whatsapp chatbot, which can link multiple customers to our single whatsapp number displayed on a webpage. A customer should say Hi to start conversation. An id must get associated with the conversation and the customer. An automated response in form of a questionnaire should reach the customers, once they submit some basic details. Based on the answers to the questionnaire, an AI based software should be able to generate generally acceptable responses and suggest any articles / videos from our website. For any in depth understanding, the customer should get the option of chatting with a support person. From hereon, We should be able to give suitable responses to the customers and guide them accordingly. It should have two interfaces, one for the customer and the other for the support person from our company. Customer credentials must be safely stored on some backend so that its accessible later. Once the chat is over, complete chat should come into a designated email. Also, there should be option of multiple chats at same time between multiple customers and multiple support persons of our company e.g:- Customer 1 chatting with support person 1, Customer 2 chatting with support person 2, Customer 3 chatting with support person 3, Customer "n" chatting with support person "n". There should be an option to register the support persons from our company, should new employees join up.

PS: -

1. Non Disclosure Agreement before detailed discussion and Intellectual Property Rights Agreement after the project are must.

2. We would need the code also, so that any future eventualities can be dealt with.

3. Before chatting with a support person, a message should appear in the chat, "You are now chatting with a live person" for the customer. Second message should be, "First session of approximately 5-10 min is free of Cost" And third message after expiry of the first session's time should be, "For further one on one sessions, kindly subscribe", and a link to the payment plans page and payment gateway should appear.
