AI, TypeScript and LangChain learning and help

I'm looking for AI developer with TypeScript and LangChain skills to help with a new novice developer extend some code. We are using VSCode.
I have managed to get the project running on my machine and have trained it in some initial data.

I would like to progress to the next stage of this project. I would like to:
1) Speed up the chat responses. The chat responses can take a LONG time. This is because it currently summarizes the articles every time a query is made. It will need refactoring to be production ready. I would like help to refactor the code.
2) Allow the bot to interact with my our own API when necessary. The developer should code a couple of demo API interactions that should be called only when the user asks for particular actions to be performed.
The developer help these two points and be able to offer advice in how to better train the chat bot on our data.
I am will to pay per hour or a fixed amount depending on how the coder wants to work.
The developer should also have good communication skills. The successful freelancer will be able to work collaboratively and provide clear and concise explanations and instructions.
