Job Title: Asana Workflow Specialist (Music & Creative Projects) Job Description: I’m looking for someone who can set up and optimize Asana workflows specifically for my music and creative projects. This includes organizing processes for beat making, video production, content creation, DJ/event planning, and other related tasks. The goal is to have a system that keeps projects structured, deadlines clear, and collaboration easy. Responsibilities: Build custom Asana projects and templates for: Beat-making & music production pipeline (idea → draft → mix → master → release). Video production workflow (concept → filming → editing → revisions → publishing). Social media content planning (reels, posts, scheduling). Event/DJ gig planning (preparation → execution → follow-up). Set up task automations, recurring tasks, and rules. Create easy-to-use project dashboards for tracking progress. Integrate Asana with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, or Notion if needed. Document the workflows so I can maintain and adjust them. Provide a short walkthrough/training session. Requirements: Proven experience setting up Asana for creative teams, freelancers, or music/video projects. Strong understanding of project management in music production or creative industries. Ability to turn unstructured workflows into efficient, trackable systems. Knowledge of Asana integrations and automations. Clear communicator who can explain setup and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with musicians, DJs, content creators, or video production teams. Understanding of music production cycles and creative deadlines.
