We need an ASP Script using Access Database 2000 for Windows Advanced Server 2000 built to easily integrate into a web site that will do the following: Identification: Class Registration Management for Small Company 1) Company needs to be able to set up new class schedules by category of type of class. They will want to set a category for the type of class and be able to place classes under the appropriate category, name of class, time, description of class, location, date and special instructions or information, maximum class capacity, and finally a place for the admin to be directed to add a new signup - thus directing them through the same process the viewer will follow. They will require more than one administrator to have access at one time. 2) They need the ability to put the maximum amount of registrants per class. When the max number is reached a message needs to come up that says, class is sold out, and direct them to the next class that still has room. 3) Then company wants the ability to accept orders online through a registration system - viewer will register for class they want through an easy to read page, be sent to a secure page (we can grant FTP access to our secure server for the secure page). They do NOT need realtime payment, just a secure page. A copy of the data collected needs to be emailed to the administrator to enable them to ring up the sale. 4) The viewer will be thanked via email (we use JMail) and an email will be sent to the main administrator to let them know someone signed up for a specific class and what the max class count is and how many are in the class. If that is too difficult or costly, then just an email that lets the admin know that someone signed up for a class. They can then log in to see what class etc.... 5) Since it's just a secure page, it will need to collect for payment area (this of course doesn't include the fact that they have to pick the class and time they want etc., full name, phone, address, city, state, zip, credit card holder's name (name on credit card), credit card number, billing address (address where statements are mailed), credit card expiration date, and credit card authorization code from the back of card the CVS code. Thank you for taking the time to quote our project.
