83914 Site Similiar to Scriptlance

This is a re-post. The original programmer team split up and can't finish the project and they left it half finished. I need bids on completing the project and fixing some bugs etc. Go to [login to view URL] to see what has been completed so far. Below is the original project description posted earlier. Need a complete web site similiar to [login to view URL] with some small modifications and additions. The frontend should be ASP and the backend should support Access 2000 and MS SQL. Site will be hosted on Windows NT/2000 with IIS. Price is an important consideration. I am looking for a low bid on this project, but with the possibility of a long term relationship. I have several other web sites that will need to be created down the road.
