Full Time ASP/.NET/MS SQL developer wanted

We are a ecommerce company in business for 5 years looking for a ASP/.NET/MS SQL developer to work for us on a full-time basis. We are not looking for an agency, but instead a dedicated full time member of staff who we will pay a monthly salary. The monthly salary will be $475 per month to begin with, and will increase after a three-month period. The successful application will have the following skills: -ASP [login to view URL] (VB and C#) -MS SQL Server -Experience developing Stored procedures/functions -Advanced experience with .NET and MS SQL Server database design -Good written English -Must have solid high speed internet connection -Must have a functional MS Development environment (.NET, MS SQL Server) Pluses: - Good verbal English for communication over Skype or phone (we will call you if phone) - Experience developing eccomerce systems - DTS, data transformation, MS Reporting services Typical projects would involve our project manager providing you with screenshots, functional requirements, or design documents. You would be required to develop or work on the project and provide daily updates - this will all based on either a functional specification or a chat over MSN or email. Many large projects scheduled are migration from and redevelopment of our current platform, integration with Amazon merchant platform, other external partner order feeds, new cutting edge eccommerce and marketing systems.
