We are revamping our current application for automated data collection and planning to include advanced features.
The new / modified application will collect customer order detail from the customers and process it against our ERP system (JD Edwards). After processing the order, the application will automatically launch the work orders for customer order fullfilment, including sequencing or prioritizing. The application will also collect work order processing data from the operators and post it to JDEdwards. The application will also assist the material handling and shipping departments through hand held devices about the customer order and work order details enabling them to ship the appropriate order at appropriate time.
The entire project is estimated to be completed in 6 months including design, developement, testing and pilot run.
