Require a Java friendly interface for integrating our CRM and VOIP equipment.
The CRM already handles all functions of the Call Center, we need an integration point to allow our CRM to work with QUINTUM VOIP gateways and a Cisco VOIP card.
Basic functions desired:
Ability to Dial a number for a particular vocie port from a Java App
Ability to Record a G729 vocie conversation occuring in the QUINTUM gateway
Ability to Understand and Interact with DTMF tones (Busy, Disconnected number) and provide the information to our Java App
