We are looking for an experienced developer/engineer to make alterations to our VoIP platform and web application.
We are running a windows based softswitch compiled in C#. The database side is MySQL and the web side is aspx .NET
Initially we require an API integrating into our web site to facilitate customer registartion and automatic DID (telephone number)
genearation and allocation. This obviously needs to involve the softswitch application and DB. We also require other work,
the ability for the system to count and allocate 'Lots' of Free call minutes to unique destinations to account holders.
At the moment our system will only allocate 'Grace Period'. Also the ability to provide 'service plans' to customers,

The web pages need to provision different types of serfvices (5 services) all with different prices,
System to send automatic Welcome email to confirm account setup and account settings to new customer.
The website is .NET on Windows Server 2003, however the API needs telnet or similar to communicate, the API does not work under Windows
Telnet so this needs to be devised a method of invoking the API telenet whilst using Windows Server
Payment process for registration pages is through Paypal on subscription (monthly basis)
We would like to impliment a method for customers to trace the last inward call. This should be by dialling a preset 4 digit number,
the idea is that the system carries CDR's (call detail records) for both inward and outward numbers called, a way of extracting the last inward number from each individual account via CDR's and then using pre-defined voice files to read the number back to the customer over the telephone.
The system has an engine that is capable of this but as yet does not include this.. This uses Dll and XML files to invoke this type of call feature.
To develop and impliment the ability to allocate 'Lots of Free minutes' to individual service types.
E.g. service 1 500 free minutes, Service 2 1000 Free minutes.
To alter present system to allow the above by allocating and counting minutes as they are being used. Once used normal tariff applies.
