248492 CL extractor - scraper

I am looking for a program that will scrape the ads from the services section. I would like to be able to specify what city and section to pull from.

I just need the ad subject and ad body. I DO NOT need the email. My preference would be that the output could be in the form of a csv file.

I'd prefer a standalone program, but may consider a hosted version as well.
