The Mobile application should provide mobile handset real-estate agents with an ultimate tool to browse and filter the directory of the property developments and have an induction about property views, video-presentation, location, developer, facilities, amenities, floor-plans, price range and other useful information.
Each handset has to be installed with this application via web-server(SIS or JAR) file. After installing software on handset user could launch it as an icon shows on the screen and watch developments details. Any updates on property developments/database has to be updated via web server connectivity.
The media includes any mobile supported content like video (3gp files), pictures, etc.
So, the application consist 2 things, setup file and data-storage, which must be encrypted.
Availability request creates online communication via internet (any available internet access profile (GPRS, 3G, EDGE, etc) and returns the paginated listing.
All the rest of the details, proposed db-structure, model, etc. will be available on request.
Suggested Development Platforms are Symbian C/C++ or J2ME.
