ASP.NET Photo Upload Application need CSS expert that knows Visual Studio!

I need a CSS expert to help me clean up my ASP.NET pages. This person must have Visual Studio, ASP.NET and have advanced CSS skills. I have attached the documentation with screen shots of what the pages should look like exactly so that should be helpful to you. If you PM me I will email you a file or two of aspx pages. I've got a semi-functional application right now with semi-OK design--it's a little sloppy but probably better than nothing for a person who is savvy with CSS & ASP.NET. Give me your hourly rate and some explanation (portfolio, etc.) of why I should hire you. I need help ASAP! If you've noticed I've posted several mini-projects concerning this application--if you do good for me, there's more work on the way!
