ASP Website Template in Microsoft Expression - Master Page

Hi, I am looking for some one to create a website template based on this site: [login to view URL]   Just leave placeholders where the flash objects are on the site . So you will NOT be doing any flash.   The site I will make will be much simpler, but I’d like the same functionality and feel. Functionality I need : --Menu drop down's --The functionality on the bottom of the page where you hover over tabs on the left hand side and the text on the right changes.   I Need some one to program this in ASP and use Microsoft Expression to create a Master Page Template. If you know what your doing this should take you less than 10 hours of work.
