Task of Trainee:- create a task for their co-workers, and make a task provided by the co-workers and TL.
Task of TL:- maintain the info.. of the trainee performance and create a task for the trainee.
Task of BD:- maintain the info of the company and fix a meeting with the other company.
Task of HR:- maintain the info of the attendance of trainee and TL , and also he is responsible for the leave
