Database Driven Website

We are looking to find a website designer with extensive experience with database driven websites. Our company is a construction project tracking/lead service. We would like a clean web 2.0 design with about 6-8 pages of information such as faq/about etc but the main features we need are an easy to use search function for our clients to retrieve projects that fit their critera of construction projects. We are a subscription based site so a user that is authorized can login and search the projects that we will enter thru the admin panel. There needs to about 10 parameters the client can search for, ie search all the new homes,looking for plumbing companys, located in Maricopa County, listed in the last 10 days.
