upload mp4 or mov video files to website

Bajet $100-300 USD

I want to upload an MP4 video file to my website every day(I can do that). It needs to autostart, this is important. I don't want to use an MOV file, but I will if I have to, but my software is not Quicktime or Final Cut Pro, so I would like to stay with the MP4 files that I am used to. But I need the files to autostart when the webpage is loaded, that is critical. The videos will be 2-3 minutes long. I need basic coding done, or consulting advice to my web designer to allow this to happen.
