I need 4 .ASPX email forms created and setup on my server. I have attached the screen shots of each form. I recently had another developer create these forms but they do not work. I want new forms built exactly as display in the attached archive. Max Budget is $30.00 Timeline 2 Days! No Escrow until the forms function on your system, afterwards you get full Escrow.
