2-) Vice Manager (Sub Manager)

This manager can Access to whole system. Through a seperate domain like mainmanager.com. He can see all the activities in the system and if he wants he can touch them (edit – delete or etc.)
2-)SubManager (Vice Manager)
He is only able to see the activities of the users and manage them. It will work through a separate domain like [url removed, login to view]
Able to only do the things that the submanager gave Access to him. He will reach to system through HIS submanager’s domain that he is assigned to
-Submanagers and the users will reach to system from the same domains. But mainmanager(generalmanager) will reach to system through a different domain
-All systems will use only one sql database
[url removed, login to view] (submanager’s domains) will never see the tables and the fields on the database. They will connect to the main server through an ASP script like [url removed, login to view] . If the submanager’s domain has given permission from the Main Manager the connection session to the database will open. It will create the variables and [url removed, login to view] will run.
-In [url removed, login to view] - articles , interested areas, contact, user registration,About Us and User Login will exists.
-New user registrations should be approved by the submanager.
-Submanagers will be able to add : “payment info , case upload , meeting time , and photo of the user” , to the panels of their users. When the user logs in to his panel he should be able to see that changes.
- Users will be able to edit their own details from their panels. Able to contact with the submanager (ticket system), able to upload cases to the My Cases( my files) section. And Submanager should see those changes.
