.net activex sign PDF using USB Token

We require ASP.NET 2.0 application (with source code), this application should perform following functionalities (doesn't require proper design or database main point is to cover digital signture functionality), 1. There should be page from where admin will be able to upload PDF document to be signed with keyword where digital signture will going to be replaced. 2. End User Client (end user accessing application aspx page on browser) going to have Digital Signtaure from eToken (etoken pro 72k java), more information ([login to view URL]) 3. Once user comes to digital signture page, digital signture process should start (1. Read the certificate from certificate store from client machine (in case of dongle based etoken, certificate only be available if you have dongle attached to client machine) 4. Once certificate is located, while reading private key dongle will asked to give username and password popup from dongle. 5. After user name and password data should be signed and keywrds in pdf should be replaced by digital signture from dongle. While submitting quotation people should share there steps (not actual logic or code) what they are going to perform while giving solution for this (TIPS-This eToken doesn' give Pfx file or doesn't export Private [login to view URL] should be browser based only (Javascript/Activex) etc... so client can perform operation on their end. There will be 1000's document to be prcoessed so send ing document at client side and get it signed there and send back is least preferred method.)
