[url removed, login to view] records… for some reason, not included in the billcut test files you imported… thank you. … but there are just too many records missing to manually add… Please Match Heidi’s account with the [url removed, login to view] test account for records that are missing from the billcut import you did… less Not Interested.
You can bill me for the above… and with the next phase.. Fix-up phase…below.
2. The “universal search”; again, I assumed this was already the how the prospect system worked with “my prospect, all active”… but… a search box, for all records in table… access for admin users only… this should search all records… regardless if record is claimed or unclaimed, marked as dead or not interested…
Scenarios… (a) if a client calls in… an administrator can search all records… take complete control…add comments, add call back time… and then leave the record for the salesperson as was previously claimed… but with updated data… b) admin searches unclaimed record.. in this example.. a client fills out form and doesn’t wait to get a call from salesperson… admin searches, claims record as built and keeps record or reassigns to another salesperson.
3. leadmanager needs to be able to add a new record… “call in records” clients who see an displayed ad.. but didn’t fill out the form.. salesperson fills out data with client online.
4) offer updates; label by company and pull downs to organize by categories like Laurie’s example…. We have not been able to make any new offers or do anything with the last offer phase without this update.
