568757 Enhancements made to Real Estate Auction Site - ASP

I have a site that runs on [login to view URL] (pro software version) that is written in classic ASP with COM DLLs, and SQL Server database. All of the design, layout, and some functionality are accessible through the ASP and CSS files. However it will require some working knowledge of editing HTML/CSS and ASP code directly to make significant changes. The remaining business logic and all database communication resides in compiled COM DLLs. Here is what I need to add: a) I'd like to have terms and policies automatically added to each listing (like [login to view URL]) & a link to the lease agreement based on what state the land is in. b) I'd like to add google maps and have it automatically populate in listing via address c) creation of an advanced search (mainly radius based on zip code) d) change look and feel a little, especially listing page (I like [login to view URL]) e) make listing images more into a gallery (where once clicked (or roll-over (like ebay)), they just change the large main image) and not pop-ups f) add social media links on each listing (somewhere under bid area to share [email, facebook, & twitter]) This will be 1 of probably 3 projects that will be needed for this site. All will need to be done within 60 days of today. BONUS - If you could also do (let me know if bonuses are included in bid or not): 1) map of the USA that's link to that states listings (just like [login to view URL]) on the front page. 2) this site is for land and they will be bidding per acre. So, if there is a way to take the "per acre" price and multiply the amount of acres to show up at the bottom of the bid area. I am hoping for less than a 14 day turnaround if possible.
