Due to manpower constraints, we have a requirement to contract out part of a dynamic website design. The website is an adult contact site for swingers, written in [url removed, login to view] 2.0 and [url removed, login to view] 2005 with a MS SQL2005 Express back-end database.
The section involved should be fairly self-contained (although must reference classes and functions from other areas), consisting of the following elements:
1) A summary Profile page linking to separate pages for User Details, Contact Details, Site Preferences, Search Preferences, Personal, Interests, Advert, Pictures and Videos. These pages allow the user to create, retrieve, edit and delete information which is then saved to the SQL database. The Pictures and Videos pages should allow update of gifs, jpgs, wmf, avi, ram, rm and wmv files as well as the ability to view pictures in thumbnail or full form.
2) A Search page allowing member searches filtered by a subset of the above information and/or other criteria such as date. This Search page should then allow viewing and bookmarking of the returned results.
All pages must be dynamically created on demand by [url removed, login to view] with [url removed, login to view] code-behind pages, using separate classes for [url removed, login to view] access to the SQL database. Most aspects of the page must be customisable using parameters stored by the administrator in the database. HTML layout must be encapsulated within CSS files.
Code and design already exists for many functions including state management, return of current user details, page header, footer and main menu bar. The header, footer and navigation bar must appear on every page. The SQL database also exists and includes stored procedures for many of the database functions.
No timewasters please. You should be proficient in web design, [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and MS SQL, and be prepared to demonstrate experience on similar work.
Sample files are included to show coding style. More detailed information will be provided as needed.
It is expected that the work should be completed within about 30 days. Payments will be staged based on delivery progress via GAF escrow.
