Payment Processing on .NET site

Job Description:
Business that assists foriegn buyers get merchandise (mostly auto and accy) in US then ship to them.
Existing site with customer login and password.
I would like to create the ability to post the amount due (admin feature) by customer ID then generate an email to them with a link to make payment online.
Customer clicks link and goes to secure server. Add the ability to accept payment online using linkpoint (my current processor). I currently take the customer information over phone then process manually.
