Wintask Script Creation for Namecheap DNS entries

We are in need of someone who is familiar with both Wintask and Namecheap registrar. What we need is a wintask script that can read from an excel spreadsheet and inssert the appropriate records into namecheap DNS host records. There will be subdomains that need to be configured as well as SPF entries and 2 other txt record entries that need to be created for each subdomain. These should all be read out of an excel spreadsheet so that the information can be changed. You MUST have wintask to complete this project, also for the right programmer, this should be a small script couple hours work at the most, so the bid should reflect that.
