Video Post and Rate system

We need our current asp code forum portal to allow members to post video links, like the ones from youtube or any wma type. It should have a rating system to allow users to rate the video postings. We think this could be achive by adding a module to our portal.

We do NOT need a system to upload videos, just to be able to post the flash links in our portal and rate them.
