I’ve completed the conceptual work for a pressure swing adsorption unit aimed at a niche gas-purification duty that falls outside the usual hydrogen, air-separation, or natural-gas templates. Now I’m moving into detailed engineering and need an expert who can carry the design over the finish line in Aspen HYSYS. You’ll start from my feed specs, target purity, and preliminary cycle outline, then build a rigorous steady- and dynamic-state HYSYS model, size the beds and auxiliaries, and turn the results into fully documented engineering deliverables. Deliverables • Annotated Aspen HYSYS model (v10 or later) with all assumptions spelled out • Equipment sizing sheets for adsorbers, compressors/blowers, valves, and piping • Draft-ready PFD and P&ID with tag numbers matching the model • Utility and instrumentation list with calculated duties • Concise design report summarizing methodology, mass balance, pressure/heat profiles, and improvement recommendations The work is accepted once the simulation converges on my purity, recovery, and cycle-time targets, and the sizing sheets balance against the model outputs within engineering tolerances.
