I have a customer with Polycom phones who is getting ghost calls (100, 300, 101 etc) and the VOIP service provider has given me a link below to create config files to help stop the calls. with the insturctions and Option 2 would likely be the method to stop the fake calls.

I would like some help creating the config files. I can provide info about the VOIP provider's PBX server url/IP addresses.
