Audio Recording Enhancement

I need a 12-minute audio recording edited. Requirements: - Eliminate entire vocal conversation - Enhance background noise (video audio) for clarity Ideal Skills: - Experience with audio editing software - Ability to enhance background audio I believe this video contains information that is important to my personal situation, so it is very important to me that I understand all of the audio as accurately as possible. The recording contains a foreground conversation and audio from a television. However, when listening carefully and using audio editing software such as MixPad, I believe there are additional background conversations and sounds that may contain important information. Some of what I have heard appears to be more concerning in nature, and I am worried it could have significant implications for me. I would appreciate professional assistance in editing the audio. My goal is to reduce or remove the foreground voices and television sound as much as possible and enhance the background audio so that any quieter conversations or sounds can be heard more clearly. I understand that audio enhancement has limitations, and I am looking for the clearest and most accurate result that the recording allows.
