Podcast Reels Highlight Editor

Every week I release a long-form podcast and now want to carve out its most compelling guest interview moments into punchy, vertical highlight reels optimised for Instagram Reels. The job involves: • Scrubbing each episode, selecting 30-60-second guest soundbites that hook immediately and leave viewers wanting the full conversation. • Building a 9:16 sequence with tight cuts, dynamic zooms, on-brand lower thirds and burned-in, word-by-word captions (IG-friendly colours and fonts provided). • Balancing and sweetening audio, topping and tailing with my show opener/closer stings. • Delivering ready-to-post MP4s plus the editable project files (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve are all fine). Acceptance criteria 1. Each reel spotlights a single guest insight; no generic chatter. 2. Max length 60 s; file under 1080 × 1920, <100 MB. 3. Captions sync error <1 frame. 4. Colour grading matches reference LUT I’ll share. I’ll start with one full episode (about 60 min). If the first batch pops, this rolls into a weekly engagement.
