Hi, I'm Tisa, I'm native Thai speaker. I worked on so many projects at Appen, such as translation, transcription, evaluation, LLM, writing, moderation, QA, and annotation. For translation, I translated place names within applications. As a transcriber, I transcribed in the Thai language, ensuring correct writing and checking Thai grammar and rules. As an evaluator, I evaluated whether products matched content from Facebook. As a moderator, I evaluated query content from TikTok, Google, and YouTube, specifically search ads. These ads appear higher on the page because they get more views and clicks, which is good for advertisers because it can lead to more sales and a better return on investment. To improve how ads are shown, the project aims to use labels such as 'text relevance', 'whole relevance', and 'extreme bad case or not' to determine how closely an ad matches what the user wants.
