Hello there, You can send me the file(s) via dropbox or google drive and I can do a sample trial for you quickly. If it is fixable and you like it then we can commit to the entire project. There's a spectral de-noising application that works wonders. I use it for audio restoration. Hissing noise that is constant are normally easy to reduce or erase. However the overall quality is normally affected. Fixing the entire file(s) is determine by their full length.
