I need to convert videoes with speak from avi to swf with the goal to use as little bandwidth as possible - with a good quality.

The videoes are avi with screen capture made with Camtasia with TSCC codec.

The final Flash-movies are places on Internet and shall be able to play while the movie is downloading.

Today I use Camtasia to convert the video to Flash (SWF) with MP3-sound. But I can only get the sound down to 24 Kbits without loosin quality.

For recording I use a USB microphone - Telex H531.

The result of this project should be a technical setup with recommendations for equipment and best practices.

PS. Please don\'t tell me to go to an audio studio. I nedd to do this at home and at my office.
