Need female voice for nect 3 hours to record word document

Need a female voice to record info product. Product is short, roughly 7600 words. You must be able to speak English and record the audio in a easy to understand manner. I need this done perfectly within 3 hours, and will pay $21 per hour. Need to have a sooth and pleasant voice and be loud, don't bid or less you cant give me samples. Take care.
