Simple voice recording for telephone system

This project requires:
-A unique international sounding ladies voice (listen to attached file)
-Reading not more than an A4 page of text
-Submitting a single recording file.
This recording is for a telephone information system for a small gift business. Therefore the text that you will be required to read out will be text such as Welcome to Rich & Star&&..press 1 to speak to an operator&&..press 2 for more information, etc.
I will cut the audio file into pieces and mix the music myself. Therefore all that is required is a voice to read the page out in clear English. The voice I am looking for doesnt have to be exactly the same as the voice sample attached, but a similar quality and style, and only a ladies voice.
Please submit any voice samples you feel will be applicable or if you can record a custom voice sample saying Welcome to Rich & Star, press 1 for an operator, it would give me an even better idea.
Budget for this project is $30.
