Voice Agent Call Evaluation Project

I’m running a reliability study on English-speaking voice agents and need a seasoned call-center professional (or consulting entity) to carry out 200 short test calls—each lasting roughly three to five minutes—and then rate every interaction on our web-based scorecard. Here is how the process will flow: I supply the phone numbers, a concise script for each scenario, and direct access to our in-house scoring platform that highlights the key metric I care about: accuracy of information delivered by the agent. After every call you simply log straight into the tool, tick the relevant fields, add any quick notes, and submit. Because the calls total between 600 and 1,000 minutes, I’m looking for someone who understands pacing, can keep detailed notes, and is comfortable maintaining consistent quality over a high volume of interactions. Prior experience in a call-center or QA environment is essential—you’ll appreciate the nuances of agent behaviour and know how to keep conversations on track without influencing the results. Deliverables • 200 completed calls placed to the provided numbers • A fully populated scorecard for each call, submitted in our platform • Brief qualitative comments whenever an interaction deviates from the script or produces notable inaccuracies I’ll handle onboarding to the platform and provide support during the first few test calls to ensure we’re aligned on scoring standards. Once we’re both satisfied with consistency, you can work through the remaining calls at your own pace within the agreed timeline.
