Audit QS Report Costs

I’m looking for a RICS-approved Quantity Surveyor to sanity-check an existing report that was completed in March 2022. The original document totals £195 k + VAT and includes fully measured quantities; I will supply the complete data set. Your task is to re-price those same quantities using a recognised schedule such as SPONS, the RICS cost schedule, or any similarly authoritative benchmark. Both material and labour rates must reflect March 2022 levels, not today’s market. At the end I need a clear side-by-side comparison showing: • the benchmark rate you applied to each item • the resulting total for that item and trade package • percentage variance against the original QS figures • concise commentary on any significant differences or anomalies Please deliver the comparison in an editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) together with a brief summary document highlighting the key findings.
