we need a team of atleast 4 TO 6 draftmen ( with good architectural background ) lead by a senior architect to prepare an average of atleast 12 to 16 shop drawings per day for 6 weeks for our client ( ceramic subcontractor), you will draw the patterns based on guidelines , your team needs to be highly efficient and experts with autocad.

About Project:
A fast track 5 Stars hotel based in Doha Qatar
Scope of Work:
Drafting company will generate Ceramic shop drawings ( Walls / Ceiling / Floor ) and will follow the pen assignment and the standards given by the client, the client is the subcontractor which will fabricate and execute the installation of the material on site.
You will receive guidelines and coordinate closely with the client (thus English fluency is a must )
Project Period: 5 weeks Shop drawings generation and coordination, followed by potential of few weeks to close comments and handover the drawings
Expected starting date: Wednesday December 9th 2020
Daily Target: not less than 14 sheets per day
Total # of sheets: 500 ( +/- 20 )
MOCKUP TRIAL ( mandatory ):
Review attachments and create a shop drawing for 311
Attachments:
1. “Drawing guidelines”
it is a guideline that explains how the drawings are created.
2. “Typical elevation”
Explained inside attachment 1 “ Drawing guidelines”.
3. “Mark up”
Explained inside attachment 1 “ Drawing guidelines”.
4. “DESIGN PATTERN MOS01”
You will use the pattern here for walls/floors/ceiling.
5. “Niche details”
Explained inside attachment 1 “ Drawing guidelines”.
6. “322 drawing”
This includes the drawing submitted and approved, which will be used as the example which you will need to follow, it also includes the title block that you need to use.
7. “Floor plan”
This is the plan which you will refer to
8. “Elevation”
This is the raw elevation file received from the client
