Civil Drafter for Residential Project - Candidates must be located in Nashville area

We are looking for a civil drafter for a contract assignment in the Nashville area. You will be creating drawings for a state-of-the-art residential development in Middle Tennessee. Specific deliverables include the following: 1. Elevations of three different types of homes that will be built in the development, including front view, side view, and floor plans. 2. Drawings of the landscape buffer between the development and other landowners Qualified candidates will have experience using Auto CAD in a Real Estate and/or Architecture environment. This project will involve meeting with the property owner, so the selected candidate must live in the Nashville area.
