Experienced CAD Pattern Maker for Women's Garments(CAD Experience is a must)

We are looking for an experienced CAD Pattern Maker / Pattern Master to develop accurate, production-ready digital patterns for women’s garments including kurtis, tunics, tops, dresses and co-ord sets. We will provide garment images/technical sketches, design details, fabric information, base-size POM measurements, required fit and construction details. The freelancer should review all inputs, identify missing or conflicting information, and clarify/document assumptions before starting pattern development. The freelancer will develop the base-size M pattern with correct garment balance, wearing/design ease, shoulder and armhole shaping, sleeve-cap compatibility, neckline/collar construction, darts, facings, plackets, pockets and other required components. Patterns must include appropriate seam and hem allowances, grain lines, notches, match points, drill points, CF/CB markings, cut quantities and other production markings. Fabric characteristics and shrinkage should be considered where applicable. The pattern must be checked against the provided finished-garment POM measurements before submission. The initial M-size pattern will be used to produce a physical fit sample. Based on fit feedback, measurements and photographs, the freelancer should make necessary pattern corrections; the scope should include up to two reasonable correction rounds. Once the M-size master pattern is approved, it should be professionally graded to S / M / L / XL / XXL using appropriate grade rules for bust, waist, hip, shoulder, armhole, bicep, sleeve, length and other relevant POMs. Grading should not be simple proportional scaling. The freelancer should have practical experience in women’s woven garment production, CAD pattern making, grading and fit correction, preferably with kurtis, tunics, shirts, dresses and Indo-western garments. Applicants should share examples of production CAD patterns and graded/nested patterns, specify the CAD software used (Gerber, Lectra, TUKAcad, Optitex, Richpeace, StyleCAD or equivalent), and confirm experience converting tech packs/POM specifications into factory-ready patterns. Deliverables For each approved style, final deliverables must include the editable native CAD source file, ASTM/AAMA-compatible DXF, full-scale 1:1 PDF pattern with calibration/test square, individual patterns for S/M/L/XL/XXL, a nested graded pattern, grading/grade-rule information and a final pattern measurement/POM verification sheet. All necessary pattern pieces—including front, back, sleeves, collar, facings, plackets, pockets, lining/interfacing pieces where applicable—must be included with complete production markings. The final files should be suitable for direct use by a garment manufacturer for sampling, cutting and bulk production. Please also mention whether you can provide marker making and fabric-consumption calculation based on fabric width, print direction and production size ratio. Final patterns should incorporate all approved fit corrections and become the reusable production master patterns for the styles.
